Why I like TruLabs...
I have taken other pre-workouts in the past. I always felt really jittery and nauseous and they tasted like chemicals. I have been drinking TruLabs for over a year, before and during my workout. It is the only pre-workout I take. I notice during my workouts, I am more focused and have more energy. I have replaced my afternoon coffee with the energy formula in the afternoon, when I need a little pick me up. I am always on the go, being a mom of very active kiddos. The packets are so easy to just pour into a water bottle. Quick natural energy! No excuses!
