My husband didn't like the honey-lemon sleep product. It does have an after taste. He likes the others. I mix them with 30 oz which he likes.

I am very impressed with the energy and stamina Hydrate fuels me with. I became an avid bike rider the last few years. I added Hydrate last summer and really noticed a significant difference, especially, when riding over 1.5 hours. I tried many of the other products but nothing works like Hydrate.
