    Helps Me Sleep Through the Night

    "I’ve been using TruLabs Sleep – Strawberry Hibiscus every night for a couple of weeks now and it truly helps me relax and fall asleep faster. I mix one stick with water about 20–30 minutes before bed and notice my mind feels calmer and I don’t lie awake thinking about everything like I usually do. The strawberry hibiscus flavor isn’t too sweet, and while you can taste some of the herbal ingredients, I actually like it. The blend has melatonin plus calming herbs like passionflower, valerian, lemon balm, and magnesium, which for me makes a noticeable difference compared to melatonin alone. I sleep through most of the night and wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy in the morning. It hasn’t worked instantly every single night, but overall the quality of my sleep has improved, and I’ve been able to fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re struggling with winding down at bedtime."

    Energy + Focus is not

    "Energy + Focus is not my favorite. I don’t particularly care for the taste of it in plain water however it works and tastes better when I add it in my smoothies but I don’t want to drink smoothies all the time. Now my favorite is Hydrate Hydration Perfection Lemon Lime it works very well in plain water & the taste is on point. After my daily 4 mile walk I immediately pour my Hydration lemon lime into a bottle of water and feel my hydration coming back. This suits my lifestyle better than the Energy + Focus and I wished it lived up to its name…not for me…. sorry!"
