The flavor was okay for me, but again, not a fan of hibiscus. Not sure if it helped me sleep, I think I would have to try it again but only had 1 sample. I didn't want to knock the review average when I wasn't really sure. I tend to wake up several times a night most nights, but not all nights, hence the unsure part, but I did not wake up in the middle of the night when I tried this."
